We take care of the details
Before you travel outside the country, we make sure your transfers are already set up, your tours are taken care of, and your accommodations are exactly what you desire. We can even do villas if you'd rather have your group stay together. We can set up exclusive skip the line tours for sites like the Vatican and Sistine chapel before the huge crowds even line up for the 2 hour wait. With a lot of our hotel partners, we can also offer additional perks that online travel agencies cannot. In destination, if anything out of our control happens (weather, flight delays or cancellations, etc), we are there to help solve any issues that could possibly come up! We also now have an app with live updates on your itinerary and the ability to contact us in destination at any time! If you'd rather take trains as opposed to getting private transfers, we can set that up, as well!

We can do a partially escorted trip, which would include some excursions with others with enough time on your own to venture out. This would be ideal for people who don't want to necessarily have something pre-organized for you every day. Even if you only have 1-5 people traveling with you, it gives you the opportunity to meet others in your travels for only select segments of your trip.

If you have 10 or more people, and you've done your research and know exactly what you definitely want to see and what you don't, we will put together the entire package for you so you don't have to spend days piecing it together. Depending on how complicated the itinerary is, there's a sliding scale for a planning fee. However, the planning fee would go toward your package.

For groups with 6 rooms or more, there are resort brands we work with who offer discounts, group events, and even comped rooms. We have a free consult available to get an idea of exactly what you're looking for, and we give you our best recommendations based on your needs. The all-inclusive resorts we work with are mainly in Mexico and the Caribbean, but there are some in Bora Bora, Europe, and even Bali which have more exotic luxury options. It all depends on your group's budget as to what we'd recommend.
