There are hundreds of resorts we work with throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, and Hawaii (only destination wedding location without an all-inclusive option where we book destination weddings) that have helped our clients create their ideal wedding.  Depending on your exact needs, we can make suggestions based on our vast knowledge of the destinations as well as their resorts.  Please fill out the form below including what type of location you're looking for, an estimate of number of guests, price range you'd like to stay within for the wedding, price range you'd like to stay within for your travel, as well as your guests, and we can go from there!

Once you have your all-inclusive wedding resort picked out, we need to make sure your wedding date and time are available. Some resorts book up very early, especially when it comes to weekend wedding dates. So, our travel agency contacts the resort for you, and gets your destination wedding locked in. Different resorts have different deposit requirements, so we'll go over everything with you before we officially set the date!

Each resort has several package options for your destination wedding, so we send you the wedding guide for your chosen resort including the details. If you compare them and select your package and customized options on your own, that would be under the basic plan. If you'd like help going through the details and doing the comparisons with number of guests, add-on options, etc, that would be covered in our deluxe or elite plans. Since most resorts require you to arrive 2-3 days prior to the ceremony, we lock in your travel dates in your preferred room category so you don't have to worry about it getting sold out. We want everything about your destination wedding to be exactly what you expect! At this point, we will determine whether a flexible group or a group contract would better fit your needs. Please call for details to see what would work best for your wedding party!

This element is complimentary for all three levels of wedding services for your destination wedding. We put together the details for your wedding with pictures of the resort in pdf form. So, you can either send it to your guests via email, or print them out and mail them in order to get your guests booked as soon as possible. If you aren't doing a group contract, this becomes very important, since some resorts consistently sell out. 

The majority of resorts only have you pick your general package far in advance. Depending on the resort for your destination wedding, 2-3 months prior to travel is when you'll start communicating with your wedding coordinator in destination to go over the details for your all-inclusive wedding package.  With our travel agency, we also offer luxury and elite levels of service, so you can actually utilize our wedding planners here in the US to go over specifics further in advance. If you think you'll have a more elaborate wedding than what your package with your chosen resort includes, the Luxury or Elite package would be best for your needs.
